Landscape Maintenance: Spring and Fall Clean-ups, Pruning, Weeding and Property Upkeep: General maintenance is important and keeps your home looking good all year round. Braley & Finnegan will work together with you to develop a custom plan the suits your property’s needs.
A typical landscaping yearly schedule:
- Spring:
- -Services begin with a spring clean-up in March/April.
- -Lawn mowing & fertilization service begins in early to mid April.
- Summer:
- -Mulching & garden services are completed April-May-June.
- -Weeding, pruning and requested services as needed. Generally 2-4 times per season.
- Fall:
- -Fall clean-up is done in two phases. The first occurs early to mid autumn to remove the bulk of the debris. Generally perennials, grasses and applicable shrubs are trimmed on this first sweep .
- -A final occurrence at the end of the year once all the leaves are down to insure a tidy property.
